Meetings
Torver Parish Council meetings are open to the public. Agendas are published at least three clear days before each meeting.
Public participation: Residents are welcome to attend all ordinary meetings of the council. There is a public participation period at the start of each meeting. If you have a matter you wish to raise, please notify the Clerk in advance if possible.

Meeting frequency and venue
Torver Parish Council normally meets six times a year, every two months. Meetings are held at The Torver Schoolroom unless otherwise stated on the agenda.
Notice of meetings is displayed on the council's noticeboard at The Torver Schoolroom noticeboard and published on this website.
Legal note: Meeting notices and agendas are published in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and the Local Government Act 1972. The requirement is to give at least three clear days' notice before a meeting.
